(3) UK Internet Sites Ltd reserves the right to deactivate any Domain Name at any time, if the account is in violation of any of the Terms and Conditions.
(4) UK Internet Sites Ltd do not guarantee Data stored on our systems to be backed up.
(5) UK Internet Sites Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use and misuse, unavailability or removal of any service.
(6) UK Internet Sites Ltd reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
(7) The British NIC price includes all registration fees for Nominet, domain name server updates at Nominet, parking and redelegation of TAG to another ISP's. Hosting, Design and other services are not included but are available.
(8) British NIC offer free web and email forwarding with no adverts with all domain names sold, this is a free added service that we do not guarantee and can be removed from any customer at anytime if the customer is found to be abusing the service or at the sole discretion of UK Internet Sites Ltd for any reason we see fit.
(9) UK Internet Sites Ltd cannot guarantee that your will get your choice of Domain Name. We will confirm if your choice of name has been successful, if we cannot secure your name we will refund any payment in full.
(10) All .uk domain names, are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Nominet UK the national body for .uk domain names, please click here to see the current terms and conditions.
(11) If money is outstanding for any service that you instruct UK Internet Sites Ltd to undertake on your behalf, we reserve the right not to allow you to transfer the IPSTAG away from BRITISHNIC or update any of the information associated with any domain until payment has been made in full. If you make a charge back on any domain name your purchase or renew via British NIC, we will reserve the right to use a debt. collection agency to recover money owed plus additional admin costs.
(12) All sales are final, no refunds (unless we can't get your choice of name) so please check your order to make sure you are buying the correct name, if you make a spelling mistake it can not be fixed, so double check before you order.
